The Return Policy states that you can return items to us within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original manufacturer packaging with price tags intact and manuals to make the process smooth.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
- Products must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
Customized Items Notice: By customizing the color or style, or by checking any box on our website that allows you to customize your item, you acknowledge that the item is custom-made specifically for you and is a final sale. Customized items cannot be returned, exchanged, canceled, or refunded due to a change of mind or customer-selected customization options.
